How will I know exactly what my notes will look like?

Each product is custom-designed with the words and color-scheme you’ve chosen, so your cards will be unique. There may also be slight differences in color between what you see on your computer screen and the final printed product. We do our best to make sure the color is as true as possible using high-tech color calibrations. There are no guarantees regarding exact color, but we can say for sure that your note cards or calling cards will be fabulous.

REMINDER: Because there are such a wide variety of computer screens, we are unable to guarantee exact color. We do, however, make every effort to make sure the color you see is as close to the color that is printed on your card.

What if my text has more letters than the maximum number?

Certain designs will only accommodate a limited number of characters before the design itself is compromised—and we just won’t offer it, if it isn’t fabulous. If you have a longer first or last name, check out designs like Bands, Cubes or Tulip, which have space for more primary and secondary text. If you find a design that you absolutely must have and you are only off by a character or two, email us and we’ll let you know if it’s possible to create the design for you.

What if I don’t want your signature envelope?

As you personalize your cards on the “design product page” simply unselect the “Add Return Address” box and leave the address fields blank. You will automatically receive standard white envelopes.

Can I get a color that is used in a different design?

No, it’s not possible at this time—but it is an option we are working on for the future.

Will my initials look exactly like the sample?

Since your initials are visually different from the examples, the finished product you select will differ from the samples you see. Your cards will be unique and fabulous, just like you.

When and how can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email notification with a UPS tracking number. Then, you can track your package using the tracking link in the email.

How long does it take to get my note cards?

Our production time is now faster than ever! Most orders ship in 5 to 7 business days. When your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email notification with a UPS tracking number. Then, you can track your package using the tracking link in the email. Please remember that shipping dates are the responsibility of the carrier, so please allow adequate time for delivery.

In a rush? Have a special request? Just email us in advance to see what we can do. In most cases, we can accommodate; however, we may request that you upgrade your shipping method to second day air service.

Do I have to use my name?

Definitely not! The most important thing to remember is that on any of our note cards and calling cards you can say whatever you want. Write any greeting for any occasion with lots of style and flair! All you have to do is select the design you like, add your own text to the design, consider adding a personal message inside, and we will design a note card or calling card, just for you. The result? Simply fabulous.

Why do the names of the colors seem off?

Everyone’s perception of color varies and computer screens may display the color in our designs very differently, so we’ve simplified the names of the colors to make it easier for you to select them. Colors like olive, avocado or apple are called “green” even though there are subtle differences. Colors like aqua, sky or periwinkle are called “blue.” This helps to make color selection as easy as possible for you.

Do you ship overseas?

FabulousStationery.com ships worldwide via the United States Postal Service. We offer Express Mail International or Priority Mail International. If you prefer UPS for international shipping simply let us know in the comments field at checkout and we will advise you of the additional cost and the associated charge.

Can I return or exchange my notes?

Because each product is custom designed and personalized, we are unable to accept returns. During the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to review your selections and make final changes to your design, color and text. When you have finished, you will be asked to click “Okay to Print”. By clicking “Okay To Print”, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions, including our non-refundable return policy. If during the print process we make a typographical error, we will make the correction, print new note cards for you and send them to you immediately—at no cost to you.

Can I get a different font or change the case?

The products we offer were designed with specific fonts and cases. Changing these elements would compromise the integrity of the artwork, so we do not offer this choice. However we are certain that you will love the finished product. If you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What if I spend more or less than the value of an E-Gift Certificate?

If you spend more than the value of your gift certificate, you will be charged for the balance of your order. If you spend less than the face value, the balance remains in our system until you spend it. All certificates expire after one year.

How do I add a message inside?

Since adding the “Inside Text” feature, our customers have been able to take any note card and create a fabulous invitation! On the product page, simply select “Add Inside Text” and you will be given a generous amount of space to enter your entire message. It’s the easiest way to create a unique invitation or announcement.

Why does the same design appear in more than one category (style)?

Most of our note card designs appear in more than one style, giving you more flexibility when searching for exactly the card you need. You can also refine your search by looking for a specific color.

What is a “style”?

Each of our products was designed with the flexibility of being interpreted by one or more styles. A “Style” is how we’ve categorized the designs, so that it’s easier for you to find exactly the card that fits your needs. You can search by Style and then have the option of refining that search by Color. Either way, it will be easy to find the card that fits your individual style and personality. Start by selecting one of our distinct Style categories, Abstract, Fashion, Fun, Holiday, House, Letters & Initials, Organic, Recycled and shop away!

What is an “occasion”?

In addition to searching by Style, we also offer the option to search our note card designs by Occasion. Then, you have the option of refining that search by Color. Remember, every note card on the website can be personalized to say anything you want so these examples are merely suggestions for designs that work well for birthdays, thank you cards, baby showers, party notes, etc. It’s never been easier to find the perfect note card for any occasion.

How do I know where the fold is?

All of our note cards have a horizontal orientation and are pre-folded at exactly the right place. The folded note is 6.25″ wide x 4.5″ high with the fold along the top edge.

What if I am not sure I will like my notes?

If you have any questions, please email or call us. Our shopping assistants are happy to clear up any concern you may have. If you would like to see a random sample in advance of placing an order, just ask. We’ll be happy to accommodate, as we do not accept returns and want to be sure that you’re pleased with your notes.

What if I want a return address and a standard envelope?

If you enter your return address, you will automatically receive our signature envelope. The envelope and return address work together to offer a free return address option at no charge. However, if you want your return address on the back of your card but want a standard envelope, simply indicate in the “Additional Comments” box at checkout that you would like standard envelopes.

Why isn’t my E-Gift Certificate code working?

Since errors can be made by manually typing in the code, the easiest way to redeem your gift certificate is to copy and paste the code in the gift certificate field at the time of checkout. Feel free to call or email for assistance. But first make sure your code matches this number/letter sequence: 12A4-H6JK-Y6K9

If I buy a Fabulous product, can I use the design for another purpose?

Unfortunately, you cannot use our designs for any purpose. All of our designs are protected by copyright law, and we do not extend these rights under any circumstances. Purchasing a note card does not entitle you to reproduce any part or portion of the note card design. Thank you respecting these rights.

What is your Privacy Policy?

Fabulous Stationery will never rent out or sell your personally identifiable information to any third party. We collect your personal information in order to give you a meaningful, enjoyable and personalized experience. This way, we can provide you with information related to your account and the products you purchase from us. In addition, this allows us to improve our service and personalize our communication with you. Rest assured that your personally identifiable information will not be rented or sold to any third party.

How do you calculate the shipping costs?

For domestic shipping, our shipping rates come directly from ups.com and are based on your shipping zip code and method of shipping. We do not mark up UPS shipping costs.

For international shipping, we offer UPS Worldwide Expedited Service, so when an order is placed, the customer is automatically charged the UPS rate. We can also ship via the United States Postal Service, which tends to be considerably less expensive. For one of the USPS shipping methods, simply select the “Less Expensive Method” option at checkout. Then, we will ship your order either Express Mail International or Priority Mail International. Once your order ships, we will credit your credit card any amount overcharged. You will also receive an email receipt with the transaction details of the credit.
